About the Role

You are the quality advocate for OneHub, playing a crucial role in ensuring a bug-free and user-friendly experience. Your role involves meticulously testing new features, identifying and documenting bugs with clear reproducible steps, verifying fixes, and ensuring the application meets usability and performance standards across different devices and platforms. You'll perform various types of testing (exploratory, regression, usability) and provide detailed feedback to the development team.

Who You Are

You possess a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to testing, and enjoy exploring software to uncover issues. You are curious, patient, and persistent. You can clearly describe steps to reproduce bugs and communicate effectively with developers. Having access to different mobile devices (iOS/Android) and understanding of different browser behaviors is helpful. You are passionate about delivering a high-quality product.

  • Aim to document bug reports clearly and concisely, including relevant logs or screenshots.
  • Test features from a user's perspective, considering usability and edge cases.
  • Enjoy exploratory testing to find unexpected issues and can think outside the box.
